The Menu:

Chef Adam brings classical culinary training and passion for traveling to every dish he creates. With experience working in some of our region’s most celebrated kitchens, his approach blends refined technique with a passion for nourishing, seasonal ingredients.

Each menu is thoughtfully crafted and can be fully tailored to meet your group’s needs, whether that’s 100% gluten-free, celiac-safe, plant-based, or allergen-conscious. Expect beautiful healing group food that’s both elevated and deeply satisfying.

The why behind it all.

Adam’s journey into yoga began as a personal search for balance amidst the intensity of professional kitchens. What started on the mat quickly became a daily ritual and a grounding practice that deepened his connection to breath, movement, and intention. Today, yoga is at the heart of his daily lifestyle, influencing not just how he lives, but how he cooks: with presence, care, and a reverence for the body’s wisdom. Whether supporting retreats or curating menus, Adam weaves yoga and food together as two powerful paths to healing and joy. he can’t wait to make your retreat perfect.
